Bike Cop Shoves Guy Then Arrests Him For Resisting Arrest
“Stop resisting!” gave me a legit laugh out loud. Yelling “stop resisting” at a guy you just provoked and arrested for doing nothing is the adult version of forcing a man to smack himself with his own palm while saying “stop hitting yourself”. It was funny when I was a kid and this confrontation is equally funny now. Stop resisting arrest, bro. And while we’re at it, stop planting these drugs on yourself and would you PLEASE stop praising Allah and threatening our country with your terrorist plots? What’s that? Reading these comments make me think I’m reading the newest “pussification of America” blog. Obviously this guy is drunk and chances are his friend started filming AFTER this guy was doing something seen at the Special Olympics halftime show. For his own safety he pushed the guy back. Cops have enough to deal with without idiots like this. I’ll bet Kony my first child that this cop will not have any punishment towards him.
the first cop got scared and pushed him back to keep a safe distance between the two…not necessary but understandable…when the dude reacted naturally after being pushed but didnt make any physical advance, hero cop #2 bull rushes him like he just shot 10 people and says your under arrest which is completely bogus…irrational fear of an unarmed, non threatening dude + typical cop powertrip mentality = overreaction and overstepping police authority on a civilian…I just cant believe power mustache would be so dumb when he knew he was on camera….stop resisting arrest haha…he said that quickly so he could have an out when the guy tries to sue this cop

I know cops, I see one commented here already, and he agreed that there was no cause for escalating that situation. You are completely correct in your assertion that officers of the law need to be careful and cautious, but a kid in a T-shirt, with his arms folded across his chest, is really really hard to perceive as someone going for a gun.
