not sure why you think him and floyd wont fight now. if anything this should make it more likely. consensus seemed to be that floyd’s hesitation to fight pacq and his demands on pacq doing the testing procedures floyd wanted, was because floyd was scurrd. maybe he was never scurrd of pacq but floyd has to be feeling better about his chances to beat pacq now that he saw him put to sleep. maybe pacq gets scurrd now, but that seems unlikely. bottom line is that there is way too much money on the table for this fight not too happen.
Maurice, do you really think Floyd is happy about this? Granted, the fight probably wouldn’t have happened anyway, but a fight with Pacquiao would have been Floyd’s biggest payday. Now that’s all gone. Tonight’s fight doesn’t affect Floyd’s legacy.
Either way, great fucking fight. Sad to see Pacquiao go out like that. He was looking good and aggressive prior to faceplanting. Marquez is just the man. For those who don’t know anything about JMM, check out his first fight with Juan Diaz. Amazing fight.

@peyton, while i agree with you that floyd’s antics are over the top, i completely disagree with you about what it’s done to boxing. floyd’s antics are half the reason why boxing is still relevant today (the other half being pacq). sadly, even UFC is more popular than boxing now
