I’m 100% The Face. My Upright Rows face is somewhere between shock, orgasm, and OHMYGODI’VEJUSTBEENSTABBED. It’s disgusting, yet the only way I can tell if I’m doing them right. Upright Rows up close mirror time is important if you want to remind yourself that A – you’re not strong and B – you look stupid. Perfect in-gym motivation, I think.
