1. She boards the bus and has no money.
2. She engages in a verbal dispute with the driver, all while not having paid a dime.
3. She crosses the yellow line and strikes the driver while he’s in his seat.
4. The driver stands up and delivers one of the most talked about uppercuts.
5. She sues the MBTA for millions, wins, and the driver loses his job and his pension.
It just doesn’t seem fair to me.
Also, I love how the news outlet conveniently left out the part of the video where she clearly punches the guy while he’s sitting down.

I dont blame the driver one bit. First of all, bus drivers have to put up with shit like that all the time and are always treated like crap. For the most part, the people that ride the busses are the scum of their communities and this guy has put up with that garbage for over 22 years now. Second, the woman hit him first. Im sick and tired of women bitching about wanting equality, and then when they start popping of and get hit, they want to run behind the law crying about how men shouldn’t hit a defenceless, weak woman.
