It never ends. Wired 96.5 had the idea to rent a banner plane to fly over Charlie’s house with a message telling him to call into the station. Twenty minutes later he was on the radio. Say what you want about the American media being the 24-hour Charlie Sheen news — the shit doesn’t happen by accident. He’s playing the media like a fiddle and #Winning the whole time. This guy. I once worked with this British/Middle Eastern cokehead that seemed to be living a Sheen-like existence. Once when walking into work he looked like he’d been up blowing lines with Satan all night, and when I asked him if he’d slept dude replied in a British accent, “Sleep is for girls, man.” I never forgot that quote. The moral of this story? Cokeheads hate sleep.
