Steve’s Prince of Steaks, founded three decades ago in a corner store near Roosevelt Mall in Northeast Philly, is coming downtown. Steve’s just received an OK from the city to install signs at 16th and Chestnut Streets. It is taking the former Krispy Kreme doughnut shop across from Liberty Place. Waiting for a return call from owner Steve Iliescu for timeline, etc.
